Perched over Whitman Lake, escape with a cold beverage on your large deck that makes you feel "within the trees." Surrounded by old growth cedars, watch as the resident bald eagles take turns diving into the lake for their lunchtime snack. Walk down the railroad tie stairs and through our "naturally" landscaped yard to find your private dock with a kayak that is free for guests. Whitman Lake is just ~45 min south of Tacoma and ~45 min north of MRNP... a perfect home base for your adventures.

DivHome has been thoughtfully appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a king's bed in the Master bedroom and two queen’s beds in the other two rooms. Perfect for remote-working (great xfinity 2100 Mbps wi-fi speed ) as well. No host on property

DNT’s cozy retreat

We would like to invite you to stay at our lovely home. It has been 90% renovated inside and out, very clean and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping malls nearby and we’re only 5 miles from the state fairgrounds. There is a motor home located on site, however it is unoccupied and out of the way. Also there are 2 ring cameras located in the front of the house only for security.
