Beautiful relaxing quiet place to stay. Close to Downtown Spokane. This is the host home in which we live. Spacious lower level with 2 bedrooms, bathroom. kitchen and TV room with pool table. Space is entirely yours. Hosts live on the upper level. The Dishman-Iler Hills Conservatory trails are nearby. Prefer check in before 10 pm. No pets, smoking, drugs. parties or additional guests. Riley is our small puppy who lives upstairs, you may hear an occasional bark. Short time stays (28 days).

Cozy South Hill Cottage by Manito

Garden level apartment with 2 sets of French doors opening into the garden. We live in a mature neighborhood, close to downtown, with beautiful areas to walk and relax. Manito Park is on my street, 90 acres, with rose, lilac, formal and native plant gardens, plus a pond with ducks. This is an ideal location for medical professionals, Sacred Heart Hospital, Medical Center and Children's Hospital are 1.3 miles way, along with Shriners, Deaconess Multicare is 1.1 mile distance..

Beautiful Gonzaga Victorian Room #2

Our place is close to Gonzaga University. Mission Park & The Centennial Trail are just a block away, great for a afternoon walk or a 5mile loop run. We are just outside of the downtown area. You’ll love our place because of the location and the ambiance. There is a grocery store across the street, with a Starbuck. This is one of two room we have listed. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Historic Farmhouse Desert Country Retreat

We reside downstairs and the airbnb is upstairs. We do not enter the upstairs during our guests stay. The large room is 414 sq. ft. With a Queen sized bed on one side and a full futon and a single twin bed on the opposite side with a small partition. There is also a desk, a fan, and one window for light and airflow. The shared bathroom is at the bottom of the stairs. Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. We can set up a smoking area outside if needed.

Sunset Chalet at 49 Degrees North

Our cozy little chalet is a west-facing mountain house with jaw-dropping sunsets almost every night. We are literally two and half minutes from 49 Degrees North so it's perfect for a ski vacations as well as snow shoeing, hiking, sledding, snowmobiling, and bliss in general! During the summer bring your bikes, hiking shoes, and huckleberry-ing outfits - our house sits amidst a giant huckleberry patch. Enjoy the view guys!

The Local History Room Northside School B&B Room 3

Northside School B&B is a historic school building built in 1912, there are stairs. Queen bed with private bath. A home cooked hot breakfast each morning, pool (seasonal), hot tub (year-round), and lovely deck with mountain, river, and valley views complete this perfect getaway destination. This room is garden facing, and has piece of Bonners Ferry history in it.

Rural country with access to wildlife and beautiful country drives. With the farm comes cats, dogs, chickens, honey bees and cows. We live in very close proximity to Turnbull wildlife refuge which makes for interesting visitors...deer, elk, moose, porcupines, and multiple bird/water fowl life.
