Situated on the ground floor of a historic residence, to access it we pass through the iron gate and find ourselves in an internal courtyard shared with two other units, one on the side and the other on the upper floor. In the courtyard there is also the laundry area, also shared with the other guests.

Very close to the Cathedral, the Castle, the sea and the beaches. At the beginning of 2024 the walls were repainted with natural lime, USB sockets and a new refrigerator were installed.
