The space has been created to encourage a sense of community with all who stay here. We hope you enjoy the short 4 minute walk to the beach, (please note running shoes are recommended. The trail is steep and has obstacles such as roots and rocks) the endless trails nearby or the amazing yard and space the property has to offer.

Sproat Lake

Visit one of Vancouver Islands most favorable tourists locations, Sproat Lake. Located fifteen minutes West of Port Alberni. It is known for its crystal clear warm water for swimming, fishing and all watersports. The lake has four arms and is over twenty five Kilometers in length and 90.8 kilometers of shoreline. Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of pristine blue lake water, rolling green mountain terrain, wide open skyline, and sandy west-coast beaches. This home is available for monthly rentals!

The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Kammerle Cabin

Beautifully renovated home in Garden Bay nestled in the trees overlooking Pender Harbour and beyond! This space offers a family friendly space, with access to many trails and outdoor adventures that the Sunshine Coast has to offer. Walking distance to Hotel Lake with floating docks and easy entry points for kayaking. A short drive away to Katherine Lake, Garden Bay Lake and Ruby Lake, as well as Pender Harbour Golf Course, and Mount Daniel - an excellent hiking spot with breathtaking views.

Located 5 mins from our private neighborhood beach where you can fish or drive 75 mins to Port Renfrew to ocean fish or stroll Botanical Beach. We are a 5 min drive to the Cowichan Valley trailhead to bike to Duncan and back, a 6 min drive to mountain bike at the Fairservice Fun trail park or drive 10 min to Bald Mountain hiking for beautiful views.

The Sanctuary is a perfect couples getaway @ Northshore Estates. This is located in Lake Cowichan BC on Vancouver Island. The perfect place to relax & take in the tranquility lake view from suite Lake Cowichan has to offer. Easy access to the lake, walking/biking and hiking trails, March Meadows Golf Course, Lake Cowichan River for tubing, local bakery, grocery and liquor store. This property is close to LakeTown Ranch. Please note this is a smoke free space & no pets.
