The cottage is in Stanley Bridge, minutes to many PEI golf courses such as Green Gables. The 48 foot patio is a great place to relax. The stairs to the left of the property lead to the red sand shore.

Located in scenic French River on the north shore of P.E.I. on a hilltop with a spectacular view of the Cavendish dunes, New London Bay and Gulf of St. Lawrence. Enjoy scenic views and a peaceful cottage while still close to attractions. Close to beaches and golf. Miles for biking and walking and a fabulous spot for artists, birdwatchers, water enthusiasts and those who like a quiet holiday area. Fresh seafood nearby. Live local entertainment a short drive. Great for families or couples.

The Happy Place -Water front Double Living Space

A Beautiful view of the water with water access a few steps away. Use of two adjoining living quarters with full amenities in both. NEW THIS YEAR, we have two heat pumps to provide some air conditioning and better heating. A 3-5 minute drive will bring you to charming North Rustico Harbour with groceries, dining, shopping and a beautiful sand beach. Very near local sites: 15 min drive to Cavendish beach, Green Gables, Avonlea Village and golf courses. We are licensed by PEI Tourism.

Rivage has 16' cathedral ceiling, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, huge deck overlooking the Bay. Spacious master bedroom with queen bed, TV, ensuite four-piece bath. Large second queen bedroom has access to second three piece bathroom. High end finishings include granite topped island, leather counter stools, free standing soaker tub, 5-ft shower.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.

This cozy-luxurious chalet boasts natural light through its large front windows. Full laundry, 1 and 1 1/2 bathrooms, air conditioning on both levels, wifi and satelite tv. There is a large floor to ceiling three sided fireplace for warming when its cool. Outside shower for when you return from the beach.
