From stainless steel appliances (oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) to brand new dishes, silverware, and cookware, you’ll feel right at home in your vacation kitchen. We invite you to help yourself to anything in the pantry or fridge, including plenty of condiments, coffee, and tea. The two main bathrooms have been expanded to include double vanities so you have plenty of space to get ready. The powder room has fun mosaic tile and is conveniently located right inside the door from the pool for easy access when you’re enjoying the backyard. All bathrooms are stocked with towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer so you have everything you need within reach. This house has all new furniture, including a brand new sofa sectional sleeper sofa, comfortable brand new tuft and needle mattresses in all 4 bedrooms, and smart TVs. If you need to do laundry, you’ll appreciate the LG front loading washer and dryer (and detergent) in the laundry room. Our home is perfect for outdoor entertaining. With a beautiful backyard, you’ll enjoy the large swimming pool, chaise lounge chairs, a new grill, outdoor couch, umbrella, and an outdoor dining table and benches.
