The Hemlock Hideaway is a charming, rustic cabin in the woods designed for rest and relaxation. Guests will journey into simpler times, inspired by antique furnishings that remind them to slow down and unwind during their stay. The cabin is isolated yet only 10 min drive to Jiminy Peak for skiing as well as park and trails for hiking, apple orchards, excellent restaurants and foliage viewings. Cherry Plain State Park, Mount Greylock, Lebanon Speedway, Albany, and Pittsfield are all 25 min max.

Barn Stay at Shadowbrook Farm

Welcome to the Shadowbrook Farm Stay. Tucked in the hills of upstate New York, this 1700's Shaker barn has been restored into a beautiful guest house. It sits upon a two hundred acre working pasture raised meat farm. This barn was used to hold, and milk cows for two hundred and fifty years. Guests will have access to portions of the farm lands which are highlighted on the maps provided in the Farm Stay manual. If you follow the farm road, you are able to meet every farm animal on the property!

The carriage house was built in the 1800s on this Shaker farm. We've renovated it to provide modern convenience (minisplit HVAC, high speed wifi) and reviving original wood floors & antique furniture (from when it was an antique shop in the 1940s). This cozy spot is an ideal location for exploring the Berkshires & Hudson River Valley. 15-40min away from everything you want to do: Tanglewood concerts, plays, museums, hikes, lakes, skiing, wineries/breweries, farms, autumn leaves, historic sites.

This main cabin is our most romantic cabin on the property. Our gigantic rain shower in the bathroom has an 8'x5' wall mirror and a French door that opens out to the forest. This is an off grid yurt with a woodstove for heat and an off grid kitchen - no running water or electricity - water can be heated on the woodstove. You'll have a comfy bed and futon. We love it when it rains. Staying inside, listening to the rain on the yurt and playing games is a highlight of our trips there. Cooking outside and enjoying a campfire & toasting marshmallows is also fun!

Welcome to The June Arthur Farm! This beautiful spot has a long agricultural history. It hasn't been in production for the past 40 years but we're slowly bringing it back to life. It's once again producing good, happy, Hudson Valley food: eggs, fruit, lamb, and beef. We hope you'll come visit us. Note for the skiers out there: We're 20 minutes from Jiminy Peak!
