Historic Stone Church in The Berkshires

<b>Hinterland Hall</b> was built in 1836 by the Saint Luke's Episcopal Parish and joined the National Register of Historic Places in 1972. Ripe with history and impeccable beauty, Ian & Jane purchased the old stone church in May of 2021, completing an extensive restoration process in accordance with the Massachusetts Historical Commission. Beautiful Timber Frame Retreat

This cabin retreat is situated on a natural clearing in the beautiful Green Mt. Forrest. Surrounded by a dense grove of spruce trees gives you complete privacy. It's only a quick 5 minute drive to great restaurants, breweries, and shops in downtown Wilmington. It's also less than 20 minutes to Mt. Snow. There's great hiking at Molly Stark State Park right across the street and amazing lakes all within a 10 minute drive! No WIFI and cell service is not great so it is a great place to unplug!

Nestled in the beautiful hills of Grafton New York Greyhouse welcomes you. Grey house is a one story home that has been completely renovated with your comfort in mind. Adjacent to Greywacke Meadows. The 3 bedrooms are attractive and comfortable and sleep up-to six guests. Master bedroom has a private bathroom and a main bathroom is centrally located. Not wheelchair accessible at this time as there are stairs into the house. Multi level porches and a large patio with seating areas.

The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. Queen-sized memory foam bed; twin day bed (extra twin mattress beneath). HD TV, wifi, private deck, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, hot tea kettle and k-cup coffeemaker. Great kayaking, hiking, fishing,close to MASS MOCA. 25 minutes to Troy, Chatham and Albany. Very close to Jimney Peak for skiing in the wintertime.
