There is a slipway just outside the cottage where you can launch your dinghy or kayak, and you can also hire a kayak from the quay in summer. Directly opposite the cottage is the fab River Shack Cafe for delicious drinks and meals morning to night (Thurs to Sunday in winter)The village boasts 2 pubs and a restaurant, general store with P.O. and the Dart River Gallery.

There you can find a wildlife haven for numerous waterfowl with sightings of Kingfishers, Ospreys and seals. It is the quintessential English country cottage with a small courtyard garden, exposed oak beams and a wood burning stove. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
