This is a unique luxurious and private location with sea and countryside views on the Wild Atlantic Way ,5 minutes by car ,from the historic village of Rathmullan situated on shores of Lough Swilly. The village has an award winning hotel, and several very good local bar and restaurants . In high season a ferry operates between Rathmullan and Buncrana. The local beaches are Kinnegar, and Rathmullan where you can book watersports. There are also several stunning blue flag beaches close by.

The Gatelodge

The Gatelodge dates back to the 18th century and is situated on the edge of the main Pellipar estate. It is a smaller sister to the main Gatelodge. Enjoy the stunning views of the River Roe, fields and surrounding countryside. It has just recently been fully renovated and sympathetically restored using natural stone and wood products.
