Sunrises & sunsets from every place - the balcony, living room, bedroom, and bathroom will take your breath away! (This is only upstairs with your own balcony. Tonto National Forest in the back yard. Handicap accessible. 10 minutes to town, restaurants, and parks. 25 minutes from Tonto Natural Bridge. 15 minutes from East Verde River. Friendly dog on premises. No pets, no smoking, and no parties. *Small portions of the road are unpaved (less than 0.5 mile)
