If so you’ll get to have these and many more experiences here during your stay. Our Airbnb is different, and our main focus is on offering rememberal experiences to our guests. We have a small family run 501C-3 wildlife rescue here on our 18 acre facility that you will be staying at. We do live on the property, but in a detached house across the driveway.

We love this home because the location is FANTASTIC! It's under a mile to Sumter Landing (walking distance for us :)). Also, new floors, paint, etc! The living room furniture is extremely comfortable! The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is a tv in every room. (The second bedroom but needs your own Roku or Firestick!) There is a cart included which is the best way to see The Villages. We know you will love it here! Let us know if you have any questions.

We do allow hypoallergenic small dogs (2 max), non-shedding, 25 lbs. or less, each w/ proof of shot records, please bring a kennel with you. There is a non refundable $25.00 per dog fee.

The location is a mile from Sumter Landing and a stone's throw from the two pools, billiards, shuffleboard, pickleball, bocce ball. The best way to see it all is by the golf cart!!! FL is in a drought, water levels are 8ft + lower than normal. You can still enjoy fishing and kayaking on our direct waterway. Watch the sunrise and sunset over the water on a private dock. This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. We do provide kayaks and canoes to enjoy the lakes. Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!
