Immerse in nature and be as active as you choose: hiking, mountain biking, fishing, complimentary canoes, kayaks, SUPs, snowshoeing, sledding, hammock, horseshoe and corn hole game, shared fire pit. This home is truly a peaceful oasis for some fun and R&R! 1 dog limit, $100 fee.

The house sits on an acre of land right on the Deschutes river with over 200 ft of frontage. With private dock, kayaks, canoes and a row boat, you can enjoy the river and the wonderful view. Two large decks with furniture and fire pit are great for outdoor BBQ's and just watching the wildlife. Otters, beaver, deer, ducks, geese and swans make the back yard their home. There are 6 bikes, river tubes and a ping pong table in the garage. Come and enjoy, I guarantee you will want to come back!

The RiverBend House is the restorative escape you’ve been looking for. This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps 6 adults (8 total guests if there are young kids). The home has: 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 bedroom with a full bed, and a children’s futon in the upstairs landing (100-pound total weight capacity). It is located in a tranquil, wooded residential community on the Deschutes River, just 5 miles south of all the amenities of Sunriver, 20 miles SW of Bend, and 20 miles SE of Mt. Bachelor.
