This unique, one bedroom historic property is situated in the rear corner of what was once the Oakleigh Dairy. Close to public transport, great coffee, shops, parks and bike paths it a wonderful destination in itself, or springboard to all that Melbourne has to offer. Close to Gardiners creek walking/cycle track that takes you all the way to the city. Chadstone shopping centre only 10min drive. Deakin university a 5min drive. Close to Monash fwy for access to the City (20mins), Mornington Peninsula (60mins) & Yarra Valley wineries (60mins).

Please note, we don’t have a bath tub; just a lovely shower.
