KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

Our front yard is the Santa Fe River. Come enjoy a nature retreat in this cypress log home! Right by Tree House spring and nestled between two state parks, but less than five minutes to downtown. Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

A peaceful, private country setting, where you can take in the majestic live oaks while sitting by a campfire gazing at the stars after a day of exploration with your loved ones(human &/or dog). Bring your tent & camp in the yard if you like! It's all about spending priceless time together and creating memories.

This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom stilt-home w/ room for up to 9, has ping pong & foosball and is perfect for almost any group. We offer tubes & kayaks for guests to use during their stay. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.

We are about three miles up the coast from Keaton Beach. Known for scalloping! Three open bays for your vehicles. Boat launch one block away. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing, birding, reading, fishing and scalloping during the season.
