The house is 90 secs drive/5 mins walk to one of Victoria's best swimming and fishing beaches, 10 min walk to ferry, 4 mins drive to 5 top wineries and the golf club.

"The Lake House"...a place of relaxation

The Lake House" is on Blue Waters Lake. The unit is on the bottom level of the house with fabulous views and direct access to the lake and walking track. Infants and children are not offered accommodation due to the proximity to the lake. It consists of a modern, spacious living room with kitchenette, bedroom and ensuite. There is a beautiful garden with an outlook over the lake and an alfresco with a BBQ for guests to use. Kerrie lives upstairs. Sorry, no early check ins.☺️

A central location that provides access to Queenscliffe, Point Lonsdale, Barwon Heads, Portarlington Ferry service, the Great Ocean Road and the many surf beaches. You’ll love our place because it is so quiet and comfortable - fully self contained. Our place will suit couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Sea is 50 metres ! front apartment of 2 in a Fishermans cottage in the Historic harbour area of Queenscliff. You can see, smell and hear the sea from all rooms. No need for a car as the marina, village, Blues train,ferry, beach are an easy walk.
