Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). Your accommodation overlooks the village green, and you're less than a mile from the beach!

New Forest Cottage, a peaceful, charming haven

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape in the small village of Tiptoe in the New Forest. Relax in secluded tranquility, or delve into the breathtaking delights of the New Forest with gorgeous country walks, dedicated cycle paths through ancient woodland and delicious food at country pubs or cosy tea rooms. The perfect retreat from which to explore the harbour town of Christchurch, Milford-on-Sea with stunning views of the Isle of Wight, and the Georgian market town of Lymington.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepherd's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well some amazing beaches. The Old Chapel has a king size bed plus two single beds if required, a bathroom, kitchen and 4 seater dining table. There is Wi-Fi, TV& Netflix plus an outdoor seating area, where ponies and donkeys can often be seen walking by. Book with our other units to sleep up to 8 guests.

You can discover the local area on foot using the network of countryside footpaths, one leads down to a great local pub, The Mill.

The HayLoft, a charming hideaway in the New Forest

The Hayloft, as we fondly refer to it in our family, is a delightful hideaway, tucked away in the heart of the New Forest, with everything you need to escape from the stresses of every day life. Once a stable block, the Hayloft was recently converted into a charming maisonette spread across 2 floors. Having retained all its countryside charm thanks to the original wooden features, the HayLoft feels cosy and homely yet is surprisingly spacious and well-equipped given its size.

Iconic Beach Front Stay | The Watch House, Lepe
