We'd love to welcome you to our self contained quirky little holiday home. Studio style living and bedroom area ideal for a couple. The loft style ceiling space adds character and the new kitchen on the ground floor is equipped for all your breakfast requirements and we are on hand to help with anything you may need. Ideally situated in the heart of Sway village, we are close to forest, beach, local villages, the market town of Lymington and we have a train station serving Weymouth to Waterloo.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

A cosy wood cabin located where forest and sea meet in the market town of Lymington, we are walking distance from the town quay and high street which offers many restaurants, pubs and shops as well as the outstanding Saturday market. A few minutes drive will take you out into the New Forest where you may see the ponies, donkeys, cattle and pigs which roam free. The studio is set in a fenced off area of our garden which is secure and dog friendly, we offer off street parking and bike storage.

Self-contained Annexe Nr New Forest and Beaches

***** New in June 2022 ***** A fully self contained Annexe to the main house. Guest entrance and off street parking. Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

Escape to The Cabin in the beautiful New Forest

The Cabin is a stylish and modern space situated in the village of Sway and within walking distance of the open forest. The Cabin is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring. There are two pubs within the village and plenty of forest walks. Lymington Market Town is only a short drive away, as is the beach. The Cabin is located at our riding school, Coombe Stables, there are options for treks out onto the open forest for all abilities or shorter rides in the arena.

Chapel End @ The Old Chapel, Sway, New Forest

Part of a delightful converted Chapel with direct access to the open forest for walking, cycling, exploring, eating and relaxing. Within easy reach of Brockenhurst, Lymington and Lyndhurst as well as some amazing beaches. Chapel End is a studio room that has a king size bed, en-suite shower room, kitchen and a 2 seater dining table. It has it's own entrance at the end of the Old Chapel. There is Wi-Fi throughout, TV with Netflix plus a private courtyard garden with a table and 4 chairs.

Country Escape in Modern Cottage

Woodstown Cottage is the private annex to Woodstown House. Newly refurbished, walking distance to open forest and 10 minute drive to the coast, ideally located to cover all outdoor pursuits. With beautiful country views, the bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, bathroom with electric shower, spacious living room, separate fully fitted kitchen and enclosed garden which is safe for dogs. The living room has a sofa bed which could accommodate two small children or one older child.

A lovely 3-bed cottage in the heart of the village of Sway, right on the doorstep of the New Forest. Shops, cafes, and a pub walking distance away with a 10% discount for our guests, the open spaces of the New Forest a short bike ride or 12-minute walk away, while the port town of Lymington and neighbouring village of Brockenhurst are very close as well. We are just a 3-minute walk from Sway train station, and we have off-street parking at the house as well. Also includes private garden.

Beautiful views over fields and woodland, with an abundance of wildlife on the doorstep! On the outskirts of the village of Sway, with local shops, pubs, cafe & railway. Located behind our farmhouse, with private parking. Ideally situated close to the beautiful New Forest & coast, with the Georgian town of Lymington approx 4mls away.
