Bluebell Woods is a unique accommodation set within peaceful woodland, where you can experience nature at its best, and is intended for those who love the outdoors and are capable of walking up and down nature pathways. Comprising of sleeping quarters in a purpose built shepherd's hut, with king size bed, a separate unit with 2 single beds, private kitchen and bathroom facilities. The Hideaway @ Woodlands Farm Welcome to our family home at Woodlands Farm! Set in 45 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside, The Hideaway is attached to our main farmhouse. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open kitchen/lounge area with sofa bed. It also has it's own outside space - an enclosed decking area. Just 2.5 miles from the beautiful Lanhydrock, and 4 miles from Cardinham woods. Conveniently located for great access to Cornwall's North & South Coast beaches and other attractions.

The Annex, Double Bed, Parking, Quiet.

The Annex is a private, self contained space adjoined to the rear of our house. It has it's own parking space, a standard double bed (195cm length bed wall to wall), shower room and private outdoor seating area. The mainline train is 5 minutes walk from The Annex. Lostwithiel also has a selection of pubs, a fine dining restaurant, Indian and Chinese takeaways, independent shops, riverside and woodland walks all within walking distance. The Eden Project is a 10 minute drive away. Adults only.

Rambling Rose is a traditional gypsy ‘Bow Top’ caravan where you can escape the stresses and strains of modern living with a relaxing and unusual holiday. If you've ever dreamt of a more simple life, living off the land, but with a dash of glamour tinged with the romance of life on the road, then Rambling Rose Caravan could be just the place for you! The gypsy caravan is situated in a secluded corner of Delancey House gardens. It’s also a quick walk downhill to the nearby town of Lostwithiel.

Smart TV, wifi, king size bed, (electric blanket in winter), air fryer, shared washing machine/dryer, parking and storage for bikes etc. Private hot tub, (bring flip flops!)
