She has her own large sundeck, sunken outdoor bath and cinema, sun recliners, fire pit & far reaching rural views. You can just relax in the rural retreat or explore the local area, where you will find, wild swimming, hiking in the Black Mountains, Forest of Dean or the scenic Wye Valley. There are many outdoor activities. eateries & independent shops. Just perfect for relaxing or exploring.

Oak Cottage - an inclusive peaceful haven

A very central yet peaceful apartment offering gracious rooms. Although this is part of our home, when guests come they have exclusive use of these rooms originally set apart as my mother’s annex. The large lounge has comfortable furniture and opens to a small kitchen with room to dine. The two bedrooms have bathrooms - upstairs bedroom has limited headroom and the bathroom is separated by a curtain. Sunroom opens to a shared pool May to Sept and has two sofa beds. A private terrace to the rear

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

This large building with direct access to our own private woods and acres of fields is perfect for stargazing and family games. Sitting on top of many rambler paths this retreat is perfect for groups that want to relax in the quiet countryside. We also offer party planning and family activities.

Buckstone House Coach House nestles in an idyllic setting with the forest just outside your front door and a charming local pub a short walk away. Surrounded by the lovingly maintained gardens of Buckstone House, the Coach House is a showcase of antique furniture, exposed beams and home comforts. Olli's Summer House is situated in one of Bristol picturesque suburb. It offers a large open plan kitchen & seating area , a large bedroom with a bathroom. Supplementary charges apply for other extra facilities: Jacuzzi with super jet, lights and music which is situated in front of the Natural pool with its waterfall and/or the recreation area (ping pong table, pool table, large lounge). All extras are to be pre-arranged with Ollivia and settled at the property. The place is 100% private.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.
