Both are located on the hub of our working ranch alongside our workshop. Enjoy peaceful scenery, breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, or take time to explore the ranch around you.

Phillips Farm is a 2 story farm house seated in the middle of 25+ acres of beautiful green land; flanked by cows, a pond, and a convenient paved FM roadway. The house has 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths; one is handicap equipped; fully equipped kitchen with utensils for all your culinary needs; a small two seater bar. The house has a king bed in the master with attached bath, a secondary bedroom with 2 queens, an additional hall bath and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. It sits on a stocked pond with a fishing pier. You will have access to fish and relax at our catch and release pond. The outdoor space also includes a patio with gas grill, large front porch overlooking the pond, covered back porch overlooking woods and a fire pit.

To top it off, you can unload your boat at the community ramp just outside to the right. If you're not a fisherman, you can still enjoy the sunshine while getting a much needed R&R. The bungalow has been recently updated with new floors and a kitchen designed to grill the day's catch.
