Recently renovated/updated private cottage home on 3 acre wooded lot with quick access to Chapel Hill, Hillsborough and Durham; 1 minute from I 40 & 5 minutes from I 85. The house has new floors, a new roof, a new paint job, new appliances, new shades, new toilets, new furniture, a new roof, and lots of other new “things” to make your stay a great one. The 1088 interior sq. ft. open floor plan is downright cozy with 2-bedrooms and 2-full bathrooms and 2 porches. Enjoy fresh eggs from our farm.

About 25 min to Research Triangle Park and 20 minutes to RDU Airport. 2 acres with a fenced in yard/ outdoor space. 1 King and 1 Queen. Patio and fire pit for cool evenings and great porch space. Less than 1 mile to the Falls Lake Boat ramp located on HWY 50 just across from the Mountain to Sea Trail. Well behaved dogs welcome and must be attended in/outdoors.

Private, serene and quiet. Casper firm queen mattress, dining table and chairs, love seat & kitchenette w/ fresh cream, coffee, tea and honey. Coffee maker and kettle. Large shower w/ rain shower head. Dresser & Garment rack in a light filled space w/ vaulted ceilings with a private screen porch. WiFi and free cable tv. 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops, hiking paths, and weekly farmer's market. Free bus line CW picks up in front of the house making UNC and downtown Chapel Hill within mins.

Falls Lake Cottage@Rolling View w/hot tub&fire pit

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Surrounded by nature nestled in the trees and only 1/10 of a mile from the Rolling View Rec Area gates. Bring your boat, your fishing pole and don't forget your swim suit! Hiking trails are a plenty with the "Sea to Mountain Trail" running directly behind the property. Rent boats, paddle boards and canoes at the Rolling View Marina. When the day is done come back and relax in the saltwater hot tub or hang out on the best screened porch ever!

Lakefront Cottage w/ great view and use of dock

The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Hyco Hideaway

A lakeside retreat to call your own (at least for a little while). This two bedroom, one bath scenic cottage sits on approximately 250 feet of waterfront where you have a lake view from the huge screen porch. An open floor plan with fully furnished kitchen, beds, and full bath will make this an exceptional getaway. Nestled deep in the forest, the dock is accessible by a path that is steep in places or staircase plus steep timber steps with no handrail. Water depth at dock is shallow.

Cozy Hyco Lake Cottage

This is a quiet secluded Hyco Lake cottage located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. It's a one bedroom, one bath cottage that opens to a front deck overlooking the lake. You may also use the screened-in porch and lower concrete patio of the main house during your stay. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats are allowed at the dock. We have two kayaks with paddles and life jackets available for your use.

Access to kayaks, paddleboards, canoe or row boat and lots of games and DVDs. Cottage Includes a fully stocked kitchen (including a french press, blender, mixer, crockpot, coffee pot), charcoal/gas grills, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas. New washer/dryer.

Danville Rock Cottage

Handicap accessible home. Centrally-located, your stay will be peaceful despite being close to everything. Enjoy resting outdoors in a unique sitting made out of rock or by the back yard's fire pit. The cottage is 3.5 miles from downtown Danville Historic District and Danville Science Museum, 2.5 miles from Caesars Virginia, 14 miles from VIR, 22 miles from Martinsville Speedway and 5 miles from AAF Tank Museum. No smoking or pets allowed.
