Mountain View A-Frame Lynchburg/Coleman Falls

Our A-Frame is solar powered and surrounded by beautiful outdoor space. Inside a queen size bed, a twin bed, a large sofa and a cot. Outdoor sleeping we have a double person hammock with mosquito netting. We have NO running water, but supply a free standing cooler and basin for washing as well as an outdoor camp shower. There is NO kitchen, but we supply a camp stove, and a gas grill and a fire pit. Square footage of the A-frame is 600 sq. feet . Located on Green Needles Christmas Tree Farm.

Full kitchen, tv with local channels as well as Roku, off street parking and climate controlled. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bath. A large kitchen open to great room. Total space is 800 sq.feet. (Not including huge porches) This home is in rural setting. There are other houses around that can be seen . The road can be busy at certain times of day. The house used to be a one room school house in early 1900's.

Scott School was a Campbell County one-room school from 1905 to 1928. In 2010, Scott School was renovated and serves as a lovely tea room and quiet location for guests. The cottage is complete with two bedrooms (one twin, one full), central HVAC, full kitchen, and televisions. The newly renovated home was initially built to house workers from a soapstone quarry located on the property. During the remodel, we even found rationing coupons from 1945 hidden in the walls!

The Little Gallery House, near Natural Bridge, is part of an old Civilian Conservation Corps Camp, then juvenile detention center, now a campground and artist community, called Thunder BRidge. There are 100 acres to explore, bordering the Jefferson National Forest, with hiking trails and just 2 miles from the James River. This would be an ideal place for family to meet if some of you want to camp and others would like a real house. There is a queen bed and a day bed.
