A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

It's conveniently located - right between Seneca and Cayuga Lakes and just 10 minutes away from downtown Ithaca. The cabin is perfect for a family trip, a couples weekend, or a best friends’ getaway!

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Key Cottage is a signature New Park suite - it has stained glass, incredible stonework, and incredibly rare Brazilian purpleheart floors. It's also homey, cozy, private, dog-friendly, and a little quirky. It has a studio setup with a queen sized bed and a click-clack couch (it lays down). It also has a full kitchen with a fridge, oven, stove, coffee maker, and sink. There's even a dining room!
