Out the back door is a large fire-pit, patio with a few chairs, and all surrounded with a fence for privacy. Beyond the fence is a driveway for up to 4 vehicles.

Walk out basement has 2 bedrooms, a family room, a full bathroom and place to prepare meals without a stove. Access is through the back door and patio areas.
