You will have access to the entire top floor which includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a dining area, spacious living room, and balcony to take in the amazing copper colored mountains! Renovated in 2024! we listened to the feedback and put in a kitchen! 4 burner stove, full size dishwasher, coffee maker and supplies for your basic cooking needs. This almost 1300 sq ft walkout basement living area with two separate bedrooms one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed both with amazing views. Perfect for family and groups of 8 or less. Sofa bed that is actually comfortable (or so we have been told) and extra air mattresses for large groups!

Enjoy a night in a restored piece of history in the heart of Toquerville City, Utah! It has a comfortable queen sized bed, mini refrigerator, Keurig coffee/hot chocolate maker, table for two, and large plasma television with satellite. You can relax your stress or sore muscles in our large claw footed tub! There is also a very large shower, 6'x5', which is great for our wheelchair bound friends. We will provide various continental breakfast items for our guests.
