The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Welcome to ‘Little Croft’. A beautiful, light, modern annexe with parking, located at the top of St Ives in an idyllic setting. ‘Little Croft’ is attached to ‘Lowena Croft’- our house. We are ‘the Eagers’ a busy, lively and loving family of 5. Chris (green fingered Landscape Architect), Anna (Product Developer in the fashion industry), Marni (our imaginative little wannabe singer), Anais (a star in the making, often found hanging from a tree) and Rudi (the littlest one)

Baragwainaith - Stone Cottage, sea views, St Ives

Baragwainaith is a pretty two storey stone cottage nestled in the small sleepy clifftop hamlet of Trowan just a mile outside St Ives. It enjoys breath-taking views of the sea and is very secluded but is equally only a short drive to the hustle and bustle of St Ives with its famous beaches, restaurants and galleries. Many famous sites and National Trust properties are within easy reach as well as the South West coast path which runs alongside the hamlet.

It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
