Welcome to our recently renovated, much-loved, terraced, cosy cottage, tucked peacefully away in a hamlet within a mile and a half of the popular beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with rural views and two bath/shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan kitchen/diner and a snug, cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove. There is also a downstairs utility area with WC. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear and lawned area at the front.

This traditional stone and slate built cottage of character is situated in the quiet village of Tredrizzick close to the Camel Estuary at Rock (1.5 miles) and it's surrounding beaches, golf courses and superb restaurants. There is a long sheltered garden which is a wonderful suntrap and includes a barbeque built into the patio wall. The cottage is ideal for a family holiday in fact it can accommodate two families and sleeps 8. It is also very cosy for a few.

Relax with your family at our peaceful home. Within walking distance or a short drive to Rock or Polzeath. This Christmas we have decided to share our home with others while we are away. Amazing 180 degree views of the beautiful Cornish countryside. Relaxing location, perfectly located between Polzeath beach 4km and Rock 4km. Guaranteed great night sleep with the hotel style beds, all large 6ft, that can be split into 2 x singles if required. We do charge an additional £20 per bed split has we hire in the extra single bedding.
