"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a serving hatch that looks through to the light and spacious living area, which comprises a dining room table and chairs and a seating area with a smart tv. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed to retire to. There is ample parking and being on the old A30 there is easy access to both North and South coasts.

Little Halloon Cottage is based in Mid Cornwall and is easily accessible just off the A30 at Indian Queens. 7.5 miles to Newquay, a ten minute drive to the famous Fistral beach. 15 miles to Truro, 12.2 miles to Padstow, 14 miles to Lanhydrock National Trust property,25 minute drive to the Eden project. Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.

East of Newquay in the historic market town of St Columb Major, Agan Dyji (or "Our Little Cottage" in Cornish) is only 5 minutes drive away from the main A30 and just 10 minutes away from the amazing beach and facilities at Watergate Bay (including Jamie Oliver's Fifteen Cornwall restaurant). St Columb Major has good public transport links and Newquay Airport is an inexpensive taxi ride away (less than 4 miles). Come stay!
