Lanjeth Cornish cottage in quiet rural location.

A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay.
