A nineteenth century Cornish miner's cottage in the heart of Cornwall with lots of original features. The cottage is on a quiet lane overlooking Carn Marth hill, fields, tin mines and Bissoe coast-to-coast bike trail. There is a safe, secure private enclosed garden, sheltered courtyard and parking, including EV charging. The beach is a 10 minute drive away with excellent access to the north and south coasts. There are bike racks and racks for drying wetsuits after a day at the local beaches.

Rich in local history the nearby disused granite quarry is now flooded and a popular spot with fisherman and for other leisure activities. The cabin is located directly on the Mineral Tramway, a popular walking route, which links to endless walks or runs around the local area.
