Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, its Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. We are close to many attractions like Drummond Castle Gardens, Scone Palace and fabulous golf courses including Gleneagles hotel, Crieff and St Fillans.

Upstairs are two bright, ensuite bedrooms (one standard UK double, one king or twin). Downstairs is an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and wet room.
