Guests do not have access to common spaces inside, so under Airbnb's new rules, it is not defined as a private space. This is a private queen bedroom & 3/4 bathroom. Access is from a secure, private parking space behind a locked gate with keybox & remote control. Access to your private space is through a separate door with keyless entry. You will also have exclusive use of an outdoor area with a patio table, chairs, propane barbecue & fire pit. Check-in time is 5 p.m. Check-out time is noon.

Welcome to our spacious 600 sq ft private guest suite! You'll have your own kitchen and living room as well as a private entrance and drive way that can fit 3 cars. For 3+ guests, a queen air mattress will be provided with sheets and pillows. 10 min walk to Othello Station (Rail) 3 min walk to a bus stop (route 106) 15 min drive to Airport 15 min drive to Downtown Short drive Kubota Garden, Jefferson Park Golf Course, and Seward Park. Our Seward Park Studio is part of a home that has been in the same family since it was built in 1956. Remodeled in 2015 and thoughtfully designed with a smaller footprint in mind, the Studio is steps from Lake Washington and filled with natural light from an east-facing wall of floor-to-ceiling windows. Despite its smaller footprint, it has a full kitchen, a queen bed with an organic mattress and Avocado topper, dining and workspace areas, and a spacious walk-in steam shower.

The Pelly is a cute basement unit with a private entrance on the back of the house. The Pelly is under 15 minutes to: -SeaTac Airport -Tukwila Mall -Renton Landing -Lake Washington -Delicious local restaurants Renton is a suburb of Seattle. It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.
