Sleeps 4 people with a queen bed in the main room and second queen bed in the loft upstairs, accessed by pullout staircase. The couch also pulls out to accommodate 1-2 kids. One bathroom with walk-in shower. The kitchenette has a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, and small fridge, with a BBQ out back (no oven).

NEIGH-bors is on the top floor of a barn just within the city limits of Pendleton, Oregon. It's 600+ square feet, and includes a nicely stocked kitchen and full bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom and an air mattress and/or floor mattress in the living room.
