The one-bedroom apartment in the basement of our house can host up to 4 people and features a walkout with a hot tub and a porch swing. The apartment has a queen bed, pull out couch, kitchen, closet, bathroom, and desk. We live in rural, Appalachian Ohio on 20 acres. We have fields, woods and a pond for exploring. We are located near Nelsonville's Historic Arts District, the Nelsonville Music Festival, Hocking College, Hocking Hills State Park, Athens & Ohio University, Lake Hope State Park, and Wayne National Forest. "Oink" is located on 50 acres of privately owned property and is sure to meet your vacation needs.

There is a full size porch on the front and back for you to enjoy your complimentary coffee/tea/ cocoa, while listening to the birds or watching the wild life. We are conveniently located between historical Nelsonville and the Hocking Hills. Along with Wayne National Forrest just down the road, and the Hocking River for canoeing or kayaking.
