The home over looks a pond where you can watch wildlife come and go while you have your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Property is located 20 Minutes from Sturgeon bay and 12 minutes from Algoma.

You'll love creating memories with family and friends while sitting around a campfire, grilling or visiting local state parks, beaches, shops, wineries, restaurants, etc. Guests will have access to the first and second floors of my home. The basement will remain private for owners use. My home is 6 miles north of Sturgeon Bay and 12 miles south of Egg Harbor.

Welcome to our remodeled house and and hot tub cottage on the bay of Green Bay. It is conveniently 23 minutes from Lambeau Field and 29 minutes to Door County. We are blessed to be the fourth generation owners of this property. It is located directly on the water and has a walk down boat ramp (no trucks) for your canoes and kayaks. There are multiple boat launches within a few miles. Ample parking with a 12 ft wide and 40 foot long concrete pad for an RV with electrical hookup.

Relax and unwind in this dog-friendly (additional fee) 1 & 1/2- story home exclusively yours to enjoy.
