Several winter trails close by for snowmobiling and snowshoeing.

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. Beautiful hand built log house nestled in the Cascade mountains of Southern Oregon. 15 minutes to Ashland, 20 minutes to Mt. Ashland Ski Area, and a three minute walk to Pacific Crest Trail. This home is a cozy, quiet getaway: surrounded by a 38 acre old forest w/ endless mountains and trails at your doorstep. Features include glassed in sun room (sleep under the stars), fully equipped kitchen, large covered deck, seasonal wood-fired sauna, swimming pond and walking trails.

This is a simple 3 bedroom two bath manufactured home 1/2 mile off highway 97. 2 bedrooms are furnished and the 3rd bedroom is used as an office. We have great wifi. Crater Lake is close by...1/2 hour, There are Klamath and Agency Lakes close by with great fishing. Lots of bird watching opportunities from the home and surrounding area. We charge $15 per person per night after the first two guests. We also charge $15 per pet, and a $10 a day electricity fee. Thanks

This cabin is surrounded by song birds year round, with resident bald eagles and great horned owls all in this last grove of old growth Ponderosa Pines on Agency Lake.

Myrtle's Yurt

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. No phone, no tv and no internet help you get away. Your cell may or may not get coverage here. (For urgencies, wifi/landline available in my main house). Private yurt with two shared bathrooms in an outbuilding. Please note, this is CAMPING with a bed. It can be hot, it can be cold, there may be bugs, there is no electricity, and no running water in the yurt.
