Beautifully furnished, romantic and spacious, in gorgeous peaceful countryside, the thick stone walls make it warm and cosy in winter, cool in summer as well as quiet and private. Linnet Cottage is one of 3 cottages at Tichbornes Farm set in the beautiful countryside of the Pewsey Vale in the village of Etchilhampton. Fully equipped with a new king size bed in the master bedroom, this spacious, modern four star holiday cottage with Wi-Fi is the perfect place to relax, unwind and have fun! The 4th bed is a single folding bed or a travel cot, available for a small extra charge. Please let us know if these are required when making your booking. Cleaning charges included.

Comfortable 1 bedroom loft Apartment with Parking

This spacious loft studio is above our Oak framed garage. Easterton is a small village, the excellent pub serves good food and is just 200m away. Market Lavington is very close with a Co-op, pharmacy and a cafe as well as a Chinese takeaway and a Fish and Chip shop. Devizes is 8 miles away, and Dominos do deliver We are on the King Alfred's Cycle Way and have locked garage space for cycles . We are within easy driving distance to Stonehenge, Avebury and the medieval cathedral city of Salisbury

Owls Cottage. A tranquil location near Devizes.

Owls Cottage has outstanding views across open countryside with easy access to The Ridgeway Path on the border of Salisbury Plain. Fantastic for mountain bikers, walkers and riders. It is an ideal base for Longleat Stonehenge, Avebury Circle, Salisbury, Bath, Marlborough and many National Trust and English Heritage sites. The Kennett & Avon canal, with the Caen Hill flight of locks, is nearby. 5mins walk to pub with good food most days. Supermarket & takeaway nearby. Devizes is a 12 min drive.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Modern & spacious house in the countryside.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Complete with a hot tub! With underfloor heating throughout, an open plan kitchen/living space with oak beams and bi-fold doors which open onto the view of the paddock. Two spacious bedrooms with a king & double bed. Perfect getaway to the countryside, amazing walks and a fishing lake nearby.

Stylish getaway in the heart of the Pewsey Vale

This studio loft has been recently refurbished with a stylish yet cosy feel. A perfect retreat with lots of creature comforts to make it the ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Perfect for walkers, cyclists or a romantic getaway. Although attached to our house it is completely self contained with a separate entrance and ample parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome but we do ask that they are kept on leads. We have a secure location available for bicycles.

Private double bedroom in quiet village location

1 double bedroom (extra single bed available on request) with a private entrance. It stands in a courtyard behind gates which open onto a quiet road that leads to The Ridgeway and Salisbury Plain. There is off street parking in the courtyard which is part of a walled garden. The village is especially well provided with a range of shops including a Chemist, Butcher, Post Office and a Co-op which is open until 10.00pm. There is a Pub and two good take-away outlets.

Rutters Garden Cabin

Cabin set in delightful rural Wiltshire. Great for a cosy weekend away, to work from, visit family or just to enjoy beautiful Wiltshire. Close to the house, but not overlooked. Set in our lovely garden on a no through road, just outside of town. Well equipped kitchen and smart TV & WiFi Free off road parking. If you are into wild swimming or paddle boarding, we are 45 mins away from lake 32. Adults only, we are unable to cater for infants, children or pets.
