One bedroom with a queen size bed, one bath, kitchen, living area and a small open porch to enjoy the view of the patio. Weekly cleaning service is provided at no additional cost. Electricity and personal items are NOT included. 1 pet maximum with a one time fee of $80. The apartment is in the MANURII Garden on the ground floor. A lush garden is around the apartment. Our cozy fire pit is just one step away. Our garden is full with fruits and flowers. We have a coffee machine at our bar which is available from 7am-10am free of charge. There are plenty of bars in Utila. Our bar is more a Meeting point and not with a bar tender all the time. But you have your own fridge at the Apartment.
