Valkenburg is within walking distance which is perfect for a nice night out fun. Also a visit to Thermae 2000 (spa on the Cauberg) from Casa Sibbe is very easy to achieve. A day with the kids at Amusement Park De Valkenier or the indoor swimmingpool the Polfermolen. It is all nearby. 50 mt. of the house is the entrance to the marl caves (ASP), which via a spiral staircase descends to 50 mt. Tip: book in advance. Walkers can pick it up here. From the property one walks directly into nature. The house is also ideally located for a visit to Belgium or Germany. And for cyclists / bikers an ideal place at the top of the Daelhemerweg.and near the Cauberg. The beautiful bathroom of 15 m2 is on 1st floor and has a lovely bath to relax, separate shower, large washbasin and a toilet. Downstairs there is a separate toilet. Bedroom 1 (25m2) is located on the 1st floor. Large bright bedroom with a large twin bed (180 cm-200 cm), flat screen TV with wooden floor, big wardrobe, a chest of drawers and windows looking out on the backyard with incredible panoramic views. The second bedroom with wooden floor has 2 single beds (90cm x 200 cm). The room is approximately 15 m2 with lots of light, large wardrobe and a nice desk with a printer.
