Two Mile getaway

The property is within three miles of Two Mile Run County Park. Two Mile Run County Park is perfect for mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, fishing, and swimming. Oil Creek State Park is within 25 minutes which is full of hiking trails. There are three golf courses within 5 minutes. The property is centrally located between Franklin, Oil City, and Titusville. All three towns offer an array of activities, brewery, shopping, coffee shops, and dining. The home has a large deck and fire pit.

Please note that our property is an adult-only retreat designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Guests must be 21 years or older to book and stay, and we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 21. "Bearly Affordable", located along the Allegheny River nestled in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. The cottage offers private river frontage for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, and fishing. Cottage sleeps 6 and has most of the amenities of home including air conditioning, forced air heat, wood stove, well and septic. Additional staying quarters located in an adjacent cedar Cub House which has 4 beds, 2 lofts, and air conditioning. Cub House Closed for Season. Opens back up April 1st.
