There is parking for 5 trailers and room to hang wet clothing in heated garage. Direct access to VAST trails. Burke Mt. is 35 min, Jay Peak is 50 min & Craftsbury Outdoor Center is 25 min. Ice Fishing & X-country skiing on Shadow Lake right out the front door. No cell service; house phone, wi-fi calling and text work fine.

We are off grid. So the camper is run off a generator with battery back up. It does have water and septic hooked up. Everything works as it should (water heater, a/c, refrigerator ect). We are close to burke mnt. And we are on a class 4 (unmaintained) road (atv friendly). You will be responsible for gas to use the generator (full gas can provided). We do live onsite and can explain everything if you're not familiar with campers/generators. 1 queen bed, two small pull out sofas (kid size)
