Unit A5, Waitaki Lakes Apartments is a one bedroom fully serviced apartment in idyllic surroundings on the edge of the Otematata Golf Course with the Alps2Ocean cycle trail, walking trails and wetland areas nearby. The apartment has been refurbished with a new kitchenette & bathroom, double glazing and interior upgrade. Please note that I am not on site but please message anytime if you have any queries or need anything. This is our holiday home so please be mindful of this.

We are only 18kms south of Timaru which features world class sporting venues and a complete range of shopping experiences! Access to the local beach is only 2.5kms up the road.

We have sheep, and chickens in the orchard, so may hear rural chatter along with bird song. We have two small friendly dogs.
