Located privately on beautiful acreage amongst a bush setting. Home to koalas, kookaburras, and horses Oliver and George. Nice semi-rural area with some local bird-life and keep an eye out for the koalas. The guesthouse has it's own dedicated driveway with remote controlled gates for you to come and go as you please, with a carport adjoining the guesthouse for your use. A day before your arrival I will message the guest with the locked boxed code, located in the carport. Close to Petrie Historical Village with markets and walking trails around Lake Samsonvale. Walking distance to North Pine 9 Hole Golf Course.

The spacious holiday unit has a TV with cable channels and a fully equipped kitchen, including stove/oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. Also included is a washing machine and dryer available.

The house is newly renovated and equipped with everything you need for the perfect stay. Just bring your food and clothes and you're good to go. The property is dog friendly, so bring your furry friend along too! There's a huge park out the back for the kids, and is close to the shopping centre and public transport.

Unit is located behind our house. Own entrance, off street parking. A 2 minute walk to Shops (Coles +), restaurants and hotel. A bus stop, which can take you to Chermside (shops or more buses) or Strathpine shops and railway station or the City. A 15 minute drive to major shopping centres and hospitals. 40 minutes to city. 2 hours Gold Coast and 1.5 hours to Sunshine coast. The unit is only suitable for 1 or 2 guests. I am sorry but I cannot accommodate infants/children or pets.
