East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

Welcome to Out on a Limb, our magical treehouse nestled in the serene woods of upstate New York. This cozy, charming hideaway offers a peaceful & romantic escape, perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to connect with nature. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

A 10-acre farm with a cozy 10x20 cabin, one queen-sized bed, and one futon. • Proximity to Lake George, West Mountain, Gore Mountain, and Saratoga Springs • Amenities, including WIFI, TV, fire pit, BBQ grill, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, heat, and AC. • Camp has an outdoor handwashing station with running water provided by a hose, an outdoor heated shower, and a porta-potty for bathroom needs.

Unique centrally located, peaceful country chalet between the Adirondack and Green Mountains on 60 acres. Starlink available if your phone doesn't work here. Near Lk George, Lk Champlain, & VT. Hike, fish, swim nearby. Air conditioners on the main floor for the summer months. Our 9120 watt solar array powers our property. During the cold months enjoy the wood stove. All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Beautiful new construction on 56 rolling acres in Hebron/Granville, NY. Fabulous views of the Green Mountains of Vermont. Walking trails on upper and lower plateaus. Water access and private dock for your boat just steps away from the house. Use the canoe and kayaks provided to explore the lake.
