Coastal bolt-hole on a working farm perched on the Hartland Peninsula. The small barn is situated in the farmhouse courtyard garden next to the main house. Enclosed garden and entrance gate. Rural, rustic, stylish and definitely romantic, this bijou 400 yr old converted granary oozes charm and comfort: Driftwood bed, fully equipped little kitchen, woodburner, rolltop bath with shower attachment (no standing shower cubicle), sofa, dining area, TV, selection of interesting games, includes all linen, towels, welcome goodies. Puffins Nest is situated within the walled garden of the main farmhouse and only 50 yards from the stunning south west coast path. Pubs, restaurants and a variety of shops and galleries within 3 miles. Cliff walk (45mins) to local pub. It's the wing of Dene Lodge, a beautiful Victorian "Gentleman's residence" in the heart of the parish of Morwenstow. Just a few minutes from the dramatic Coast Path it is fabulously placed for exploring this stunning area. Endless walks and gorgeous beaches are all very close, so dogs are welcome to join you on your holidays.

The beautiful beaches of Sandymouth, Bude and Widemouth Bay are close attracting surfers all year around.

There is an open plan kitchen/living area with a cosy log burner ( logs available at £7 cash a net) and a slate topped breakfast bar. The property has solid oak flooring throughout except for slate in the bathroom so don’t forget your slippers! The kitchen includes an oven, hob, fridge-freezer, toaster, microwave and kettle. The cosy sitting area opens out onto an attractive patio and grassy area. Sorry no pets Double bed.
