Ideally situated to visit Glastonbury, Street, Wells and Bruton, and with easy access to Millfield’s senior and prep schools, The Newt and Glastonbury Festival. The accommodation is full of period features but is cosy and perfect for feeling like you're getting away from it all. Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. We provide milk on arrival +tea & coffee.

The Wheelwrights Workshop

The Wheelwrights Workshop is located at the end of an old barn which has since been converted into this lovely self catering cottage that sleeps two. Please note currently we are offering this cottage at a reduced rate as outside the main door of the cottage there is another old barn which is yet to be converted and due to that there is a little clutter. Rest assured though once inside the cottage you will not notice it and the bedroom window has views of the Tor our only cottage that does.

Pennard Hill Farm is a family farm with breathtaking views over the Mendip Hills. Our holiday cottages are very individual and have bags of character and charm. The Haybarn is a beautiful barn conversation next to the indoor heated swimming pool, across the courtyard from the main farm house. There is plenty to see and do nearby such as Longleat Safari Park, Hauser & Worth Art Gallery, exploring the local towns of Wells, Frome and Glastonbury and enjoying long walks right on the doorstep.

The accommodation is a self-contained annex decorated in vintage style. It includes a chunky pine double bed, pine bunk beds, sofa, TV, wifi, bathroom (with bath and shower) and a well equipped kitchen with dining table. It fits up to 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. Travel cot, highchair and bedding provided. We have a shop/cafe in the village that sells all the essentials. We are just 10 minutes drive from Glastonbury and Clarks Village in Street.
