The Stables is a beautifully converted Grade 11 listed building within the spacious garden walls of our home in Nettleham. It still retains many of the original features; a perfect retreat to enjoy a relaxing break away. Only 2 miles from the historic city of Lincoln, with easy acess to the city within 15 minutes. There is also safe, private parking on site. Within our village, there are 3 lovely pubs serving food, a fish & chip shop, Chinese takeaway and the Co-op store is within 2 minutes.

With Lincoln Cathedral only a short walk away, you’ll be in the ideal location for exploring the wealth of historic landmarks, eateries, bars and independent retail outlets that the uphill area of the city has to offer, as well as having the perfect base for exploring further afield. One parking permit is provided for the duration of your stay. Nearby availability is very good but, unfortunately, not guaranteed.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.

Relax and renew at The Bolthole, a cosy and quirky converted barn within a working small-holding. You might see sheep, goats, lambs, alpacas or donkeys during your stay, your human hosts are on site too! The Bolthole is tucked away in the quiet village of Glentworth, within easy reach of Lincoln. An ideal retreat, complete with wood-burning hot tub, or base from which to explore. The hot tub is amazing after a day of activity!
