Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Enjoy your freedom with your own garden, terrace and balcony with splendid mountain views. The ski bus stop and supermarket for fresh bread are just around the corner. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep.
