It is conveniently located less than a mile from Mountaineer Field at Milan Puskar Stadium and both Ruby Memorial and Mon General Hospitals. It is located on the top floor of a 6 unit apartment building. We aim to rent all other units to working professionals who keep normal hours and maintain a respectful noise level. The building offers coin operated washers and dryers along with one off-street parking spot per unit. No pets.

Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.
