Modern farmhouse tiny home on the Delaware River with stunning views spanning 1 mile in either direction of the mighty Delaware and bald eagles. This 4 season tiny home features AC and heat with a dinette in the kitchen for 4 that can be turned into a bed for two children or one adult. Refrigerator, oven, and microwave round out this kitchen. The bathroom includes a flush toilet, sink, and shower. The bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress and big windows to hear the rushing water.

This lovely studio rests on the shore of the beautiful Kauneonga Lake. The newly renovated interior creates a warm and relaxing space to take in the amazing sunset views over the lake. The studio is part of a larger building but has private rear yard access, all other spaces are on the road side. The cabin is located on a dirt road on our farm with a beautiful pond and an amazing view! This off-grid, cabin has two queen beds (100% cotton sheets), a mini-kitchen with a battery-ignition gas range, solar powered refrigerator, solar lighting, a wood stove, an outdoor shower, a fire pit, and an old-fashioned outhouse. An expansive porch and dock provide comfortable outdoor living. A seasonal favorite, the cabin is available May-Sept.
